5. Payments and Refunds

Industry Nightlife is not responsible for any issues arising at the venues, including denied entry, changes to event schedules, or disputes with venue management.
Our platform serves as an intermediary, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the events or services provided by third-party venues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Industry Nightlife will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
